Transfer pricing

Transfer pricing is an expression pertaining to prices in transactions between related parties. Tax laws in most of the OECD countries, including Poland, contain a number of regulations concernig transfer pricing. The main goal of those regulations is to prevent tax weaving by proper shaping of prices in transactions with related parties. One of those regulations is an obligation to prepare documentaion of transfer prices, after meeting certain demands, concerning the worth of those transactions and the means of relation with the second parties. Preperation of such documents can be not only a fullfilment of tax authorities demands, but also an efficient tool of defence from questioning such prices by the tax authorities. Our office has a substantial experience in all the issues concerning transfer prices.
